- Within 12 months of receipt, if you experience dizziness or severe eye discomfort with your custom lenses, or if your prescription changes by more than 0.50 diopters, we will remake your lenses for free 1 time! (Terminates immediately if you undergo vision correction surgery like LASIK).
💥 50% OFF Accident & Loss Protection
- Within 1 year of receipt, if your frames are accidentally damaged or completely lost, contact us to get a 50% discount on a new frame or lens purchase! (Limit: 1 time per person; requires a brief inspection for damage or a police report for loss).

- For any frames purchased from our store, enjoy free lifetime services: frame adjustments for a perfect fit, regular lens cleaning/maintenance, and free replacements for nose pads and small accessories!
🤝 Rapid Claims Processing
- After submitting your order number and a clear video of the issue, our specialists will complete the inspection within 2-3 business days. Once approved, your repair, replacement, or refund will be processed within 5 business days.

To keep things transparent, the following everyday wear-and-tear or accidental issues are excluded from the quality warranty:

Scratches, abrasions, breakage, or heat deformation caused by improper personal use or storage.
Corrosion caused by contact with chemicals (perfume, seawater, sweat, or harsh cleaning agents).
