All published warranty terms are legally binding. Any unfair, one-sided exemption clauses that violate Thai consumer protection laws are automatically null and void.Custom prescription eyewear is personalized custom-made goods, not ready-made general merchandise. Unconditional return or exchange for personal subjective reasons is not legally required. Only confirmed manufacturing and material quality defects are covered by official warranty protection.In the event of valid product defects confirmed under Thai law, customers are entitled to three remedies: free repair, free replacement, or full refund. We shall not force customers to accept only repair services.
