Store & products

We sell eyewear and related accessories. Product photos, colors, and dimensions are provided as accurately as practical; slight variations can occur. Prices, availability, and promotions may change without notice until an order is confirmed.

Accounts & communications

You are responsible for information you submit (including prescription data). Keep login credentials confidential if you create an account. We may contact you by email, phone, or LINE about orders and support.

Orders & payment

An order is an offer to buy. We may refuse or cancel orders for suspected error, fraud, stock issues, or incomplete information. Payment methods shown at checkout are the methods currently enabled for your market; enabling or disabling payment methods is controlled in store settings and may change.

Prescription eyewear

For prescription lenses, you confirm that the prescription and personal details you provide are accurate and suitable. If you need help, contact LINE @sunglens before ordering and do not guess prescription values. Local regulations may require a valid prescription; you are responsible for complying with rules that apply to you.

Acceptable use
